whichever ones don't crash the DAW or the computer and which have an interface that can be learned in a reasonable amount of time.
it's a plus if they come with decent presets and/or can be loaded up with presets by other users (from KVR or wheverever).
but if the sound quality is crappy then it has to go even if it has a good reputation otherwise.
